With its light and delicate color, on the nose it is pleasant with the fruity fragrances of citrus especially lime and citron together with mature stone fruits like peach and apricot. A fresh, lively and easy to drink wine, a perfect pair with pleasant chats with friends.

Perfect as an aperitif or with fish starters, grilled or raw fish. It is a good match also with panzanella with peas and marinated anchovies. Serve at 10° C. Serve at 8-10°C
