Tasting notes
This wine offers a bright straw-yellow color, with delicate floral aromas such as jasmine and orange blossoms. The palate has a nice feeling of the typical mineral notes coming from both the terroir and the diurnal range of the territory. Neat, zesty and well- balanced, with an intense freshness and a long, elegant finish.
Food pairings
Sashimi of tuna with wok vegetables and aromatic salt from Cervia, seafood, roasted and grilled fish, white meat, crayfish linguine. . Serve at 10-12°C
