Romagna comes to The Netherlands, in the small and beautiful town of Haarlem, very close to Amsterdam. Togheter with our friends from Vinites and the Chef Nicholas Cacchi, from Borgo dei Guidi Agriturismo, we made the typical Passatelli pasta! A glass of Prugneto sangiovese in our hand…and we can say a 100% true Romagna experience!
