With an intense and deep ruby red color, this wine is rich and offers a full bouquet with aromas of jam, blackberry marmalade, chocolate, roasted coffee and sweet spices. On the palate, it is soft, smooth with elegant tannins and unique for its balanced sweetness. The taste is deep and opulent, making it a great meditation wine. It has an excellent potential for aging.

Chocolate cake and dessert, hot chocolate flavored with cinnamon, fresh oven pastries, biscuits. Serve at 14-16°C
Notes
This wine is the result of the traditional vinification of partially dried grapes, left on the vines until the late harvest. The name refers to an historical vineyard located just on the hill behind the winery.
