A light, fresh and zesty wine, with clear yellow color and green highlights. Aromas: citrus notes of lemon and citron with hints of green-apple. Similar flavors can be recognized while tasting the wine presenting a well-balanced acidity and a freshness typical of Trebbiano coming from this specific terroir.

Hors d’oeuvres, hand-made pasta, vegetables (in a soup or baked), shrimp salad, pan fried fish served with rice. Serve at 10-12°C
