Tasting notes

This wine has a delicate ruby red color. On the nose it demonstrates floral and spicy notes with dark fru its of black currant, raspberry and plum. The palate is delicate and soft with a round but fresh finish that corresponds with the nose sho wing dark red fruits as well as notes of violet and vanilla. The maturation is carried out in 25 hl French wooden barrels providing an elegant structured balance of acidity and fine tannins on the palate.

Food pairings

This Pinot Noir goes very well with meats like duck or turkey, but also compliments fish such as salmon or lobster. As an alternative, medium-aged cheeses can also create a perfect pairing. Serve at 14-16° C.


Pinot Noir is a vine that lends itself to different interpretations, depending on the specific terroir. The grapes used for this wine come from the vineyard located on the hills of Forlì. In this area, the influence of the cool breeze from the hilly slope s make it possible to produce a Romagna Pinot Noir with peculiar territorial characteristics. A subtle and elegant expression which demonstrates a classic style, fine with the potential for long aging.
