Tasting notes

Intense yellow with golden highlights, characteristic of Albana di Romagna, this wine is distinguished by an elegant and well-defined bouquet. The nose is expressed through floral hints of acacia and fruity notes of peach, apricot and citrus. The palate is full and enveloping, with lively tannins that give personality to the finish, maintaining a perfect balance between freshness and acidity.

Food pairings

Squid with peas Romagnola style, mixed seafood fry, nettle risotto, and rabbit with herbs. Serving temperature 12-14°C.

SCANADÈ

Vinification

Grapes are gently destemmed and berries are sorted by vibrating table. Dynamic crusher allows optimal opening of berries. The crushed grapes are cooled before pressing to 10°c, soft pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation of 30% in barriques (60% used barriques and 40% new barriques) with 2 batonnages per week, wine stays in barriques for a total of 2 months. Partial malolactic fermentation.
