Fresh and fruity, this Trebbiano comes from organically produced grapes: a viticulture that takes advantage of the natural fertility of the soil by favoring it with limited interventions, promoting biodiversity and excluding the use of synthetic products. During winemaking, the oenological products used are biologically certified.
Fresh and fruity, with a soft, clear yellow color, it offers citrusy hints of lemon and citron, and warm notes of tropical fruit. In the mouth there is a balanced acidity and a freshness typical of trebbiano grown in this area.

Vinification and maturation in steel.
The organically managed vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, medium-textured soil.
