Famoso, also called Uva Rambela, is an indigenous Romagnolo grape variety rediscovered in the last decade after a period of neglect. It tells the varietal and territorial identity of those who believed in its revival.
With a pale straw yellow color and greenish reflections, this wine presents a very intense olfactory picture. On the nose and in the mouth it gives floral aromas, such as linden blossom, orange and jasmine, but also exotic and white fruits. It is persistent, with good freshness supported by balanced acidity. Great finesse, with a long, savory and aromatic finish.
Fish dishes, herb risottos, white meat and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature 10-12°C.
Vinification and maturation in steel.
The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, where a predominantly loamy, medium-textured soil type prevails.
