Fresh and fruity, this Sangiovese comes from organically produced grapes: a viticulture that takes advantage of the natural fertility of the soil by favoring it with limited interventions, promoting biodiversity and excluding the use of synthetic products. During winemaking, the oenological products used are biologically certified.
It presents a bright red color with purplish reflections. The nose is rich in red fruit aromas, also present in the mouth with typical cherry and violet notes. Fresh, fruity of medium structure with delicate tannins, it is a wine suitable for all occasions.
Pasta with meat or tomato ragout, white meat roasts, partially aged cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
Vinification and maturation in steel.
The organically managed vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, medium-textured soil.
