Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow in color, it has floral hints typical of the variety such as hawthorn, fruity aromas of white peach and a pleasant taste. The finish is enveloping and finely herbaceous.
A vigorous and productive vine with thick-skinned, weather-resistant berries, even during the most difficult years farmers could count on this wine to pay their debts: hence its name, pays-debt!

Vinification and maturation in steel.
The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, where a medium-textured soil type prevails, with marl and clay.
