Refreshing and fruity, it is the child of two great white grape varieties, celebrating the typicality of the territory, but also the union with an international variety that produces excellent results on Romagna soil.
Fresh and drinkable, straw-yellow in color with slight hues tending toward green. On the nose, the citrus notes of trebbiano blend with the riper aromas of chardonnay, such as exotic fruits like pineapple, papaya and mango. All in an overall sensation of pleasant balance.
Lobster with creamed pumpkin and macaroons, local cuisine soups, fried fish, white meats. Serving temperature 12-14°C.

The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, where a medium-textured loamy clay soil type prevails.
