Soft and harmonious, it celebrates the marriage of two iconic grape varieties.
Deep red in color, it is a smooth and extremely pleasant wine, thanks in part to the wine’s partial maturation in barriques. Predominant hints of cherry and violet typical of sangiovese combined with the herbaceous and chocolate notes of merlot. Dry, harmonious and balanced in structure.
Ravioli di mora romagnola with mad sausage sauce, stridoli and shallots, red meats, medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
Vinification in steel, light aging in 25 hl barrels.
The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, on medium-textured soils with a predominance of clay.
