Complex and rich, it celebrates with its name the village of Nespoli, where the winery and all hospitality-related facilities are located.
Sangiovese with a ripe and structured character, deep ruby red color. This wine of great complexity combines typical Sangiovese notes such as marasca cherry, blackberry, plum with hints of licorice, roasted coffee due to aging in French barriques, whose skillful use also lends a touch of vanilla. Soft and warm with well-balanced tannins, it lends itself to long aging.
Game, venison, braised beef cheek, grilled T-bone steaks, aged hard cheeses. Serving temperature 18°C.
Vinification in steel, aging in oak barrels for 12 months.
