Intense bright rosé color, the nose is delicate, fine but firm, with nuances of wild rose, pomegranate and blood orange. Soft and fruity on the palate with notes of violet and cherry. Fresh, balanced and lively with an intense and persistent taste due to its pleasant minerality and acidity.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also with light appetizers, white meats or mixed fried fish. Goes well with medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature 12-14°C.
