It is a straightforward and easy-drinking Sangiovese, suitable for accompanying the everyday table. Its name is a tribute to the extraordinary fig tree that towers over the vineyards where we grow these grapes.
Bright red color with violet hues, the nose is rich in red fruit aromas, also present in the mouth with typical cherry and violet notes. Fresh, fruity of medium structure with delicate tannins, it is a wine suitable for all occasions.
Garganelli with rabbit ragout scented with wild fennel, stewed poultry, roast white meat, grilled chicken, partially aged cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
Vinification and maturation in steel.
The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, on medium-textured loamy clay soils.
