Delicious, mineral, fresh and intense, it is a wine of great elegance that best expresses the internationality of the grape variety in Romagna territory.
Intense straw yellow in color, it offers on the nose and palate very delicate floral aromas such as jasmine, orange blossom combined with mineral notes typical of the soil and temperature ranges of the area. Net and balanced, it gives an intense sapidity and freshness. The finish is long, elegant and very pleasant.
Tuna sashimi with wok-cooked vegetables and sweet Cervia salt, fish appetizers, raw seafood, baked and grilled fish, white meats. Serving temperature 10-12°C.

The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, where a medium-textured loamy clay soil type prevails. The vineyard of the same name in Dogheria is in an ideal position for the cultivation of Pinot Bianco, given the very intense ventilation that allows day/night temperature ranges of great importance for the development of the organoleptic profile.
