Sparkling wine, simple, versatile and drinkable. It presents a soft, delicate color. The nose is pleasant with fruity citrus aromas, especially lime and cedar. In the mouth these notes are recognizable combined with hints of ripe yellow fruits such as peach and apricot.
Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with seafood or vegetable appetizers, grilled fish and tartare, panzanella with peas and marinated anchovies. Serving temperature 10°C.
Vinification and maturation in steel.
The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, where a medium-textured loamy clay soil type prevails.
