A character in the chivalric poem “L’Orlando Furioso,” Bradamante is a warrior, a symbol of a strong woman but also elegant and romantic, like the style of this special wine.
A sweet and elegant wine with a golden yellow color with bright amber tinge. The nose is rich, persistent with notes of apricot, honey, almond and dried figs. In the mouth it has great smoothness and concentration with a strong, enveloping body and great harmony in which sweetness is balanced with acidity. It has excellent aging potential.
“Scroccadenti” biscuits, almond paste cakes, stuffed cakes, aged goat cheese. Serving temperature 12-14°C.
Vinification in steel, drying in crates in fruit cellars with ventilation for 2-3 weeks.
The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, where a medium-textured soil type prevails, with marl and clay.
