Geography has been quite generous with Romagna and with good drinking
lovers. In this land, winters are mild and spring comes soon.
The torrid summer days are softened by the sea breeze, while the
sun light reflected on the Adriatic Sea creates a greater brightness
which felt in the internal areas as well. Furthermore the Apennins
make an efficient barrier against the stinging rain coming from
the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore if you take all these elements into
consideration, you'll understand why the majority of this region
meets the ideal conditions for grapevines' cultivation. And it
is here, in the very heart of the Hills at the south of Via Emilia
(the ancient Roman Consular Road) that sits the wine farm "Poderi
dal Nespoli" whose extension is about 50 hectares.
